HEV / BEV

In addition to hybrid AMT transmissions, Mecaprom offers feasibility studies, performances analysis, subsystems and components sizing and system integration design for the hybridization and electrification of powertrain systems (REV / BEV) and the hybridization by additional electric axle (e-Axle).
As strategic competences, Mecaprom has the capabilities of designing and integrating complete battery systems and developing concept vehicles and small series production, embedding the proprietary technologies.
Mecaprom manages optimized powertrain architectures and components, based on modular groups for motors and batteries configurations, in the way to offer suitable HEV (included Dual Mode), REV and BEV flexible solutions to the clients.
Mecaprom has developed and patented proprietary components as ICE Electric generator, based on V-twin cylinder engine specifically defined for REV applications, and an original and innovative dual direct drive transmission for e-Axle (HEV) and BEV applications.
